While we do not accept plant returns at this time, we guarantee that every plant will arrive in good health, and all plants are guaranteed for 30 days after arrival. You can learn more about our Guarantee here.

My non-plant item arrived damaged. Can I return it?
If a care product or accessory arrives damaged or shows signs of being defective within 14 days of its arrival, we are happy to offer a replacement or store credit. Please reach out to Customer Support with your order number and a photo of the damages and/or the defect for assistance. There is no need to return the damaged item once a replacement or store credit is provided
What should I do if I receive the wrong product?
If you received a product different from the one that you ordered, sorry about that! Please reach out to Customer Support and we’ll be sure to get you the right Product you ordered!
What’s your return process if i’m not happy with the product?
Yes within 30 days after receiving your package. Here are your packing instructions:
- Securely pack the items in a box.
- Affix the mailing label squarely onto the address side of the parcel, covering up any previous delivery address and barcode without overlapping any adjacent side.
- Use the address listed and affix the appropriate amount of postage.
- Ship package from your nearest post office or shipping company of your choice.

Please note! If you have received a faulty product, it is important that you send an e-mail to contact@Pizmall.com before returning your order.
We will then be able to help you with the returns procedure and find an appropriate solution.
NOTE: If your order has not been purchased via www.Pizmall.com the return policy applied of the shop where you did purchase the product.
Do you allow product exchanges?
At this time, we do not allow exchanges. If you’d like to return an item and purchase a different one, please feel free to contact Customer Support to start the returns process.
I requested a refund, what happens now?
Once our team has approved and processed your refund, the funds will be distributed back to the original form of payment. Most refunds appear within 3-5 days, but occasionally, it can take up to 7-10 days or longer. Please note that the exact refund time is determined by your bank or card issuer.
If you used a gift code or store credit to complete your refunded order, the amount will be refunded to your code or store credit. Please note, we cannot refund gift card orders as they are final sale.
