- Contact Us: To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at hello@pizmall.com. Please include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
- Shipping Back the Item: You will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged. We recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure your return is safely delivered.
Exchanges:
- If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please follow the same return process. You can exchange for an item of equal value, and the new item will be sent to you once the return has been processed.
Damaged or Incorrect Items:
- If your item is defective or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order, and we will assist you with a replacement or a full refund. We may request a picture of the damaged item to speed up the process.
Restocking Fees:
- In rare cases, a restocking fee may apply for certain items. We will clearly inform you if a restocking fee is required before proceeding with the return.
Return Shipping Fees:
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of defective or incorrect items. If we provide a prepaid return label, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
